Identified Issues
The Need for Improvement
Many users need the ability to send messages at a later time,
but WhatsApp currently lacks a scheduling feature. This limitation makes it difficult to send messages at the right time, causing inconvenience in cases like: Avoiding late-night messages Managing time zone differences Sending work-related reminders
Staying organized and on track.
A scheduling option will improve communication and help users manage their time better.

Takeaway
Additional Insights for Improving Message Scheduling Features.
While solving the main challenges, I also identified additional insights that could further enhance the user experience and strengthen user trust:
01 Maintaining user trust and transparency: Adding a "Scheduled" label to messages set for future delivery — similar to the existing "Edited" label — can reinforce users' sense of control and transparency.
02 Developing recurring scheduled messages: Expanding the feature to allow recurring scheduled messages (such as a daily reminder) can address common everyday needs and increase the feature’s long-term value.
